It is out of print but available for download on Jonathan Glover\u2019s site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jonathanglover.org\/books\/what-sort-of-people-should-there-be\">here<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jonathanglover.co.uk\/books\/what-sort-of-people-should-there-be\">. <\/a>This is a large file and I suggest that you wait to see if you need to download it all. A shorter and more recent book is The Case against Perfection by Michael Sandel. I think that&#8217;s in the library.<\/p>\n<p>A relevant watch is a TV history programme called Science and the Swastika. The <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/45195203\">episode on the medical profession<\/a> is particularly interesting. There is a (perhaps slightly defensive) review of this in the BMJ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/322\/7288\/742.1\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The main online portal to Transhumanism ( now usually written H+) is<a href=\"http:\/\/humanityplus.org\/\"> here<\/a>. You should remember that your task is to form a balanced view and remain professionally cautious about some of these claims made by the enthusiasts.
